This amount is deducted from the total treatment and secures your space on the agreed date and time. Cancellations or Changes: – If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask that you do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. – Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice or in the event of a no-show are non-refundable. – If you reschedule with due notice, your deposit may be used for a new date. Billing: If you require an invoice, please request it at the time of booking or no later than the day of the service. In order to issue it, we will need your complete tax information.
